Watchletic showing workout duration, distance, pace, and heart rate on a round Wear OS watch

Follow TrainingPeaks intervals with your watch and sensors

Watchletic imports structured workouts from TrainingPeaks for running, cycling, and swimming. The watch shows the current step, its duration or distance, and its target. You can use Stryd for running power, a Bluetooth chest strap for heart rate, or Tymewear VitalPro for breathing data while following the planned session.

On Galaxy Watch, Watchletic shows the workout steps and live sensor readings in layouts made for the round screen. You can keep pace and heart rate visible while following an imported session.

Set up TrainingPeaks on Samsung Galaxy Watch

Install Watchletic from Google Play on your Android phone and Samsung Galaxy Watch. Set up the integration in the phone app, then open Watchletic on Galaxy Watch to start the workout.

  1. Install Watchletic on your phone and watch, then open TrainingPeaks in the phone app’s integrations and authorize the connection.
  2. Schedule a session in TrainingPeaks using its Structured Workout Builder. A structured workout supplies the steps and targets that Watchletic can guide on the watch.
  3. Import the planned workout in Watchletic and sync it to the watch before heading out. Scheduled-workout imports require Watchletic Club.
  4. Pair your Bluetooth sensors inside Watchletic on the watch, check the readings, and start the imported session there.
  5. Enable auto-export for TrainingPeaks in Watchletic to send supported completed workouts back after syncing. You can also export a workout manually.

Watchletic uploads completed workouts to TrainingPeaks as FIT files. Available data depends on the activity and connected sensors, and TrainingPeaks controls which fields it displays. You can also connect Strava or Intervals.icu and enable their exports for the same workout.

TrainingPeaks compatible apps and devices

Bluetooth devices for TrainingPeaks workouts

Connect devices directly in Watchletic on Samsung Galaxy Watch. Add each device before starting the workout and choose the values you want on screen.

  • Stryd and Stryd Duo supply running power, pace, distance, cadence, and running dynamics.
  • Bluetooth heart-rate monitors, including Polar H10 and compatible Wahoo straps, supply live heart rate. Monitors that broadcast R-R intervals also enable HRV and DFA-a1.
  • CORE supplies body temperature and heat strain. Tymewear VitalPro supplies breathing rate, tidal volume, minute ventilation, and inhale/exhale ratio.
  • Compatible treadmills and NPE Runn supply indoor running data. ActiveLook/ENGO glasses show live Watchletic workout fields.
  • Bluetooth cycling power meters, speed and cadence sensors, and compatible smart trainers connect directly for rides on both platforms.

Pair Stryd, a heart-rate strap, or another supported sensor inside Watchletic on Galaxy Watch. Record the session in Watchletic to use those Bluetooth readings during your imported workout.

Available metrics depend on the device and firmware. Each service controls which fields it displays after upload. See the device compatibility table for supported metrics and watch models. Use Bluetooth devices; Watchletic does not connect over ANT+.

Samsung Galaxy Watch compatibility

Use a Galaxy Watch running Wear OS 5 or later. Older Galaxy Watch models running Tizen cannot run Watchletic. Check the watch compatibility list for your model and available system update.
