Terms of Use

Watchletic is provided by Hesselbom Tech AB, Sweden. These terms cover your use of the Watchletic apps and related services, including Watchletic Club and external integrations. You can contact us at viktor@watchletic.com.

By using Watchletic, you agree to these terms, subject to any notice or acceptance requirements under applicable law. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Using Watchletic

Watchletic helps you plan and follow structured workouts, record activities, connect compatible devices, and exchange workout information with services you authorize.

Keep your account and sign-in details secure. Only access accounts and data you own or have permission to use. Do not use Watchletic to infringe another person's rights, interfere with the service, bypass its security, or gain unauthorized access to data.

You retain any rights you have in your workouts and other content. You allow us to store, process, display, and transfer that content as needed to provide the features you request. Content supplied by coaches or other providers remains subject to its owner's rights and the terms under which it was shared with you.

Watchletic Club and purchases

Some features require a paid Watchletic Club subscription. The price, billing period, and renewal conditions are shown before you purchase. Subscriptions renew according to the conditions presented at purchase unless you cancel.

Manage or cancel your subscription through the store where you purchased it. Uninstalling Watchletic or deleting your Watchletic account does not by itself cancel a store subscription. Refund requests follow the relevant store's procedures and your rights under applicable law.

For versions downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard End User License Agreement applies to the app licence. The applicable store's purchase and platform terms also apply.

Training and health information

Workout measurements, estimates, analytics, and training suggestions can be incomplete or inaccurate. Watchletic does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consider your health, surroundings, and professional advice when deciding how to exercise, and do not rely on Watchletic for emergency assistance.

External integrations

You choose which external services to connect and which permissions to grant. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. You can disconnect integrations through Watchletic or the external service's account settings, where available.

Integrations depend on the availability, permissions, and technical capabilities of external services. Connections, supported features, and data formats may change or become unavailable. Imported information may be delayed or incomplete.

Watchletic is provided independently by Hesselbom Tech AB. Connecting an external service does not mean its provider operates or endorses Watchletic. External integration providers give no warranty concerning Watchletic and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, accept no liability for damage arising from your use of Watchletic. This does not affect your rights relating to their own services under their terms or applicable law.

Privacy and account deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how Watchletic handles personal information, uses service providers, and retains and deletes data.

You can stop using Watchletic at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, email viktor@watchletic.com and follow the identification instructions in the Privacy Policy. Manage any store subscription separately as described above.

Availability and responsibility

We work to keep Watchletic useful and reliable, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every measurement or integration will always be accurate. Keep a separate copy of workout records that are important to you.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those required by law or expressly promised to you. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, removes statutory guarantees, or restricts your mandatory consumer rights.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the service or its users, address material misuse, or comply with the law. We will provide an explanation and notice where reasonably possible and legally required. Your rights relating to paid services remain subject to applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Watchletic changes. The latest version and its update date will be available on this page. For changes that materially affect your use of the service, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain agreement where required by law.
