Watchletic integration
TrainingPeaks on Apple Watch
Import structured TrainingPeaks workouts, follow each interval on your watch, and automatically send the completed session back to your training calendar.
Scheduled-workout imports require Watchletic Club.

Follow TrainingPeaks intervals with your watch and sensors
Watchletic imports structured workouts from TrainingPeaks for running, cycling, and swimming. The watch shows the current step, its duration or distance, and its target. You can use Stryd for running power, a Bluetooth chest strap for heart rate, or Tymewear VitalPro for breathing data while following the planned session.
Use your iPhone to manage the plan and your Apple Watch to follow the intervals. Stryd can supply running power while a chest strap supplies heart rate.
More about TrainingPeaks workout setup
For a detailed walkthrough, read the TrainingPeaks Apple Watch guide.
Set up TrainingPeaks on Apple Watch
Install Watchletic on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Connect the training service in the phone app, then open Watchletic on the watch to follow or record your workout.
- Install Watchletic on your phone and watch, then open TrainingPeaks in the phone app’s integrations and authorize the connection.
- Schedule a session in TrainingPeaks using its Structured Workout Builder. A structured workout supplies the steps and targets that Watchletic can guide on the watch.
- Import the planned workout in Watchletic and sync it to the watch before heading out. Scheduled-workout imports require Watchletic Club.
- Pair your Bluetooth sensors inside Watchletic on the watch, check the readings, and start the imported session there.
- Enable auto-export for TrainingPeaks in Watchletic to send supported completed workouts back after syncing. You can also export a workout manually.
Watchletic uploads completed workouts to TrainingPeaks as FIT files. Available data depends on the activity and connected sensors, and TrainingPeaks controls which fields it displays. You can also connect Strava or Intervals.icu and enable their exports for the same workout.
Bluetooth devices for TrainingPeaks workouts

- Compatible treadmills and NPE Runn supply indoor running data. ActiveLook/ENGO glasses show live Watchletic workout fields.
- Bluetooth cycling power meters, speed and cadence sensors, and compatible smart trainers connect directly for rides on both platforms.
Add sensors in Watchletic’s Bluetooth settings on Apple Watch.
Available metrics depend on the device and firmware. Each service controls which fields it displays after upload. See the device compatibility table for supported metrics and watch models. Use Bluetooth devices; Watchletic does not connect over ANT+.
