Watchletic integration
Smashrun on Apple Watch
Record your run in Watchletic and export it to Smashrun, manually or automatically after the workout.

Keep your running history in Smashrun
Watchletic sends completed runs to Smashrun as FIT uploads. Record on your watch with the layout and Bluetooth sensors you use for training, then review the uploaded run in Smashrun. The integration exports running activities; it does not import training plans.
Use your iPhone to manage the plan and your Apple Watch to follow the intervals. Stryd can supply running power while a chest strap supplies heart rate.
Set up Smashrun on Apple Watch
Install Watchletic on your iPhone and Apple Watch. Connect the training service in the phone app, then open Watchletic on the watch to follow or record your workout.
- Open integrations in the Watchletic phone app and select Smashrun.
- Sign in to Smashrun and authorize Watchletic to upload activities.
- Keep auto-export enabled to send completed runs automatically, or export a run manually from Watchletic.
- Record your run in Watchletic on the watch, let it sync, and check the uploaded activity in Smashrun.
Watchletic records the data supplied by your connected sensors and uploads a FIT file. Smashrun decides which fields it reads and displays. Connecting a breathing or temperature sensor does not mean Smashrun will show every recorded field.
Bluetooth devices for Smashrun workouts
Connect devices directly in Watchletic on Apple Watch. Add each device before starting the workout and choose the values you want on screen.
- Stryd and Stryd Duo supply running power, pace, distance, cadence, and running dynamics.
- Bluetooth heart-rate monitors, including Polar H10 and compatible Wahoo straps, supply live heart rate. Monitors that broadcast R-R intervals also enable HRV and DFA-a1.
- CORE supplies body temperature and heat strain. Tymewear VitalPro supplies breathing rate, tidal volume, minute ventilation, and inhale/exhale ratio.
- Compatible treadmills and NPE Runn supply indoor running data. ActiveLook/ENGO glasses show live Watchletic workout fields.
- Bluetooth cycling power meters, speed and cadence sensors, and compatible smart trainers connect directly for rides on both platforms.
Add sensors in Watchletic’s Bluetooth settings on Apple Watch.
Available metrics depend on the device and firmware. Each service controls which fields it displays after upload. See the device compatibility table for supported metrics and watch models. Use Bluetooth devices; Watchletic does not connect over ANT+.
Smashrun exports are for runs. Cycling sensors are available for rides recorded in Watchletic and exported to other supported destinations.
Apple Watch compatibility
Apple Watch requires watchOS 9 or later. Workouts recorded in Watchletic can be saved to Apple Health.
