Watchletic integration
Stryd on Wear OS
Connect Stryd directly to Watchletic for running power, pace, distance, and running dynamics. Follow workouts from TrainingPeaks, Runna, or Stryd PowerCenter on your watch.
Direct sensor recording is free. Scheduled-workout imports require Watchletic Club.

Run with Stryd power and the training plan you use
Watchletic connects to Stryd and Stryd Duo over Bluetooth. Record running power alongside pace, distance, cadence, and the dynamics your pod supplies. You can follow a power target, run by pace or heart rate, or display several values together while the watch guides your intervals.
Connect the sensor directly in Watchletic on Wear OS. You can record a regular workout or follow an imported training session with the same sensor connection.
Stryd metrics and other Bluetooth sensors
Alongside power, speed, cadence, and distance, supported Stryd models provide stride length, ground contact time, vertical oscillation, form power, air power, and leg spring stiffness. Stryd Duo adds balance metrics. Check the device table for the full list; the available values depend on your Stryd model.
Pair a Bluetooth heart-rate monitor for heart rate, CORE for body temperature, or Tymewear VitalPro for breathing rate and ventilation. Watchletic records the connected sources together. ActiveLook/ENGO glasses can display your workout fields while you keep your eyes ahead.
TrainingPeaks, Runna, and Stryd PowerCenter workouts
Import a TrainingPeaks workout and follow its supported intervals and power, pace, or heart-rate targets. You can also follow Runna calendar workouts with Stryd connected, or import planned sessions from Intervals.icu and Stryd PowerCenter. You choose the training service and keep Stryd as the running data source.
Enable exports to TrainingPeaks, Intervals.icu, Strava, or Stryd PowerCenter in the phone app to send supported runs after syncing. PowerCenter uploads require Stryd power data in the recorded run. Runna receives completed runs through Strava.
Stryd also offers its own Wear OS app, as documented in Stryd’s setup guide. In Watchletic, you can combine Stryd with Tymewear, CORE, and your chosen training-service connections in the same recording app.
Set up Stryd on Wear OS
Install Watchletic on your phone and Wear OS, then pair your Stryd pod inside Watchletic on the watch. Account connections for imports and exports are configured in the phone app.
- Install Watchletic on your phone and watch. Open Bluetooth settings inside Watchletic on the watch and add your Stryd pod.
- Choose Stryd as the data source for supported running values and add power, pace, distance, or running dynamics to your workout layout.
- Create a workout in Watchletic or import a planned session from TrainingPeaks, Runna, Intervals.icu, or Stryd PowerCenter. Scheduled-workout imports require Watchletic Club.
- Add other sensors if needed, such as Polar H10 for heart rate, CORE for body temperature, or Tymewear VitalPro for breathing data. Start and record the run in Watchletic.
- Connect your export destinations in the phone app. Enable auto-export to send supported completed runs after syncing; Stryd PowerCenter exports require a run containing Stryd power data.
The Stryd pod connection and Stryd PowerCenter account connection are separate. Pair the pod on the watch for live readings. Connect the account in the phone app for planned-workout imports, critical-power import, and supported completed-run exports.
Bluetooth devices for Stryd workouts
Connect devices directly in Watchletic on Wear OS. Add each device before starting the workout and choose the values you want on screen.
- Stryd and Stryd Duo supply running power, pace, distance, cadence, and running dynamics.
- Bluetooth heart-rate monitors, including Polar H10 and compatible Wahoo straps, supply live heart rate. Monitors that broadcast R-R intervals also enable HRV and DFA-a1.
- CORE supplies body temperature and heat strain. Tymewear VitalPro supplies breathing rate, tidal volume, minute ventilation, and inhale/exhale ratio.
- Compatible treadmills and NPE Runn supply indoor running data. ActiveLook/ENGO glasses show live Watchletic workout fields.
- Bluetooth cycling power meters, speed and cadence sensors, and compatible smart trainers connect directly for rides on both platforms.
Use Watchletic’s Bluetooth settings on the watch to connect your sensors. Watchletic reads their workout data directly on Wear OS.
Available metrics depend on the device and firmware. Each service controls which fields it displays after upload. See the device compatibility table for supported metrics and watch models. Use Bluetooth devices; Watchletic does not connect over ANT+.
Wear OS compatibility
Watchletic requires Wear OS 5 or later, including supported Samsung Galaxy Watch and Google Pixel Watch models. Workouts can be saved to Health Connect through the Android app.
