Connect Watchletic to ChatGPT

Use ChatGPT to explore your training history, analyze workouts, and create and schedule structured sessions in Watchletic. The connection uses Watchletic MCP to work with your account.

Set it up

  1. Open the Watchletic plugin in ChatGPT and sign in to ChatGPT.
  2. Install the plugin if prompted, then select Connect to connect your Watchletic account.
  3. Sign in to Watchletic and review the permissions. Choose Read-only for analysis and exports, or Full access to also create and schedule workouts. Approve the connection, then return to ChatGPT.
  4. In a chat, select Watchletic from the + menu or mention it with @, then ask about your training.

You need an active Watchletic Club membership to use the connected data tools. Plugin availability also depends on your ChatGPT account and workspace.

Try asking

  • “Use Watchletic to summarize my training over the past four weeks.”
  • “Analyze my latest run and compare it with my previous runs.”
  • “Create a workout with a 10-minute warmup, six 3-minute intervals with 2-minute recoveries, and a 10-minute cooldown. Schedule it for next Tuesday.”

Review proposed changes and confirm them before they are applied. Scheduled sessions are then available in Watchletic to follow on your watch.

Manage your connection

You can review and revoke the connection in Watchletic → Settings → API access at any time. Data requested through the connection is shared with ChatGPT. Read the Watchletic MCP privacy policy for details.
